America has had some great capitalists: individuals who provided money for expansion of the country. They were a different breed of individual from the industrialists, and they served a different purpose, especially in a day when there were no 401(k)s or 403(b)s that enabled all individuals to invest and share in the risks and rewards of growing the wealth of our country.
