On August 20, 1910, Booker T. Washington left America on a journey to study Europe’s “Man Farthest Down.” He returned a little less than two months later on October 13th. This is one of the conclusions he draws after completing his journey: "The Man Farthest Down" is an excellent book that is on par with the other three books that I have reviewed of Booker T. Washington's: "Up from Slavery," "Character Building," and "My Larger Education."
